Women's Group Exercise Classes
Our women’s exercise classes, customized by Dr. Mark Sweazey and Anna, run twice weekly. The classes are done in small groups to ensure your comfort. The customized exercise program uses gym balls, wobbleboards, dumbbells, medicine balls, mats and resistance tubing. Please contact the clinic for details.
