Kids Health Day

  • Come for a FREE fun-filled day on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 10am - 1pm in the Food Court and 2nd Level of the Gloucester Centre (1980 Ogilvie Rd)

Posture Workshop

CGI Health Series II

  • Dr. Mark Sweazey delivered a workshop at CGI at 1410 Blair Place on Wednesday, November 9, from 12:00-1:00pm. In this interactive health workshop on Stomach & Gastrointestinal Systems, Dr. Mark showed how it can influence your overall health including the immune system and how to get better results with the 4-phase approach.

Health & Wellness Classes

Women's Group Exercise Classes
The classes, customized by Dr. Mark Sweazey, are done in small groups to ensure your comfort.  The customized exercise program uses gym balls, wobbleboards, dumbbells, medicine balls, mats and resistance tubing.  These classes are currently non-active.
